1992 Lexus ES 300 Repair Question

So my head gaskeys r blown on my 92 es300 lexus, so i bought both gaskets, coolant, and silicon and the total cost were $91.00. now i got to thinkin about how long will this take?, not sure, but I am sure that it's me thats gotta do it, so now I,m here on

The details r the question. can I purchase thermal seal at parts store? and how do I figure the amount I need? by cubic inches?

You will need to get both heads checked for warp, bend and cracking, if both heads are serviceable and the cooling system is sound, that is new thermostat, water pump, cleaned radiator, and all tensions are adhered to with total cleanliness with reassembly, there should be no cause for any additives.
