My car shakes from 30mph to 60mph but stops when I take my foot off the accelerator.I've had my alignment, rotation, breaks, and bearings done recently. The mechanic told me it was the bearings but when he took the wheel off the bearings were fine Just had to be repacked, it didn't help the shake in my car

I've already had my tires balanced, and its a 4wd
If that makes a difference, can you tell me an estimate on how
Much a u joint replacement would cost?

I have no idea on replacement of that part You could have something else wrong with this like broken motor or trans mount as well. If the steering wheel shakes it can be a front end problem and is best checked by a pro.
