1992 Honda Prelude 92 Died 60 Miles Hour Will Start Hear Fuel Pump Come On

my 92 prelude died at 60 miles an hour and will not start. I can hear the fuel pump come on, sprayed starting fluid in the intake and nothing. Four days prior i replaced the main relay and the igniter and the distributor.

is there spark at plugs? with dist cap off does rotor turn when cranked?
