Low idle when A/C is off (400rpm)

My '92 ford f150 5.0 is struggling. Idles really low, low oil pressure, oil in the crank case breather filter and air filter smells like gas. She stalled on me today when I came to a stop with the a/c off, with the a/c on she idles at 700rpm

Do you have a check engine light?

Try cleaning out the idle air control valve and also the PCV valve-let me know-

I cleaned the idle air control valve and it didnt seem to help any, cant find pcv valve but will try to get at it and clean it out today.
