Ford F-150 Spark Problem
So I just did a tune up on my 92 F150 4.9 I6 and I put new spark plugs in and it started sputtering only when I accelerate. It's not really bad just does it if I throttle a little hard. But with my tune up I changed the oil, air filter, spark plugs, cables, and added some fuel injection cleaner and engine honey to the oil.

additives rarely work. i would suspect the injectors and would have them professionally cleaned as additives have little or no effect on there operation.
