1992 Ford Explorer Windshield wipers work intermittently. Already replaced wiper motor, what's next?

You have to test when problem is ongoing? Could be the wiper switch? If you want to test wiring circuits, the wiring diagram is below. White wire is voltage for lo speed. Dark blue wire with orange tracer is voltage for hi speed.
