Van has 2 battery,s.Bolth have 12.85 volts,bolth have full fluid and are less than 3 years old.None of the cells are dead.If I try to charge at a rate of 15 amp for a quick charge the charger kicks off. I can hear a relay clicking on and off when try to charge at 15 amps?I can charge at 2 to 5 amps but at this rate it will take 24 hrs to charge. Thank You Chris
