92 dodge dakota. 2wd manual steering. 2.5 liter 5 speed. Inner rods ends replaced with Moog. Outers unavailable through thatat company and after markets don,t fit. My tapered shank is approx. 3/4 inch while after markets are about 5/8 inch. Ebay and internet so far no help. Dealer stock discontinued and were replaced that way about 5 years ago. Available source of discontinued parts? Thanks Steve
