Datsun Datsun 1600 Carburetor Problem

The car looses power even on mild inclines. The fuel consumption has just shot up. It is a carburetor engine. Had recently changed the clutch and fly wheel. what could be the problem?

Bad plug wires can cause misfiring and would affect performance. Good luck.
