1992 chevy silverado 2500. Tail lights don't work, dash lights aren't comming on and the buzzer warning that the lights are on when the engine is of isn't working either. All the fuses are new and to spec. What might the problem or problems be?

You might have a melted or broke wire somewere in the rear of the truck. No dash lights mean that the tail lights are not working

When the instrument cluster lights and the tail lights do not work it is most common that the headlight switch has a burned out contact. One wire is common to both those light circuits and share the same contact inside the light switch. Replace the light switch.
