My dashbroad interor lights blinks plus they comes on and goes off every 3 mins

Check the brake lights and make sure they work.
Some cars have a safety circuir that does nto allow them to start in when the brake lights fail.
If the car is not all the way in park this can cause the same issue, although it may be the sensor and not that it is not shifted into park, and the ignition will turn off and on in this situation.

I your brake lights don't work, check the fuse.
If they do, you may have a problem with your ignition switch or the interior dimmer for the gauge lights or the light switch itself.
