Fuel to enigine problem?
I ran outta gas then i put 4 gals of gas in the car & it wouldnt start, i hear the gas pump turn on when i try to start, I changed the fuel filter & still no start! If I pour gas or starter fluid in the carb it will start momentarily the die! I replaced all the fuses! What could be the problem?

If you can start it with an added fuel, it is an indication of a couple of possibilities. The first would be a lack of fuel pressure, just hearing the pump run is not a sign that it is building pressure. Another is no injector pulse. My guess is there is no pressure.
