Fan blower heater

Is there any way to test the blower to see if that is the source of the problem and where is the switch

At the blower motor connector, key on, hvac on, check for voltage and ground. Purple wire is voltage, black is ground. If both check out ok, and no blower action, I suspect the blower motor.
