Dinging

I still have the 1992 Buick Park Avenue. So what could be the problem if when I put the car in drive, the car continually dings at me. The dinging won't stop unless I put the car in park.

It could be the you aren't using your seat blet and that warnign is on. If it dings the safety belt light would be on. It could be other warnings as well but need more information.
