1992 Acura Vigor My car will start but will not turn over
1992 Acura Vigor V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 248,000 miles. My car will start but will not turn over or catch what could this problem be my battery is fully charged and I have a new aftermarket starter on it?

I assume you are saying that you know the vehicle runs fine if you can get the starter to kick the engine over. I would start with the cables on the battery including the ground. Check all connections. Once you have that, I would look at the starter. Yes it is "new" to the vehicle, but I assume it is a rebuilt starter and sometimes they do come out of the box defective.
