It could be the switch or power transistor ( resistor ) for speedcontrol. Does motor work at maximum speed?

It be warm but once start movimg it be blowing and I had some to do the work do you have a description on were its at and how it look

Your problem is fan motor not working or it is not blowing cold air when A/C is turned on? I seem to be having difficulty understand you.
