91 toyota truck stock everything. water pours out from directly under the engine when i add water to the radiator. it was losing power on the freeway before it got very hot (over the 1/2 way mark but below the red). everything was wet under the hood so i coudn't see where it was coming from (there was also steam). i didn't see any cracked hoses but i didn't go under the car. it now won't start.

would a cracked radiator hose keep the engine from starting or cause it lose power? i have a feeling it's a cracked engine block.
