91 toyota truck stock everything. Water pours out from directly under the engine when I add water to the radiator. It was losing power on the freeway before it got very hot (over the 1/2 way mark but below the red). Everything was wet under the hood so I coudn't see where it was coming from (there was also steam). I didn't see any cracked hoses but I didn't go under the car. It now won't start.

First thing to do is pressure test the cooling system to locate this leak, start here.

Would a cracked radiator hose keep the engine from starting or cause it lose power? I have a feeling it's a cracked engine block.
