I have a 1991 toyota mr2 non turbo that idles at 2000 rpm. what should i do to lower it?
Ive checked the vacum and hoses for leaks and they are fine, and the idle control valve and both seem to be ok. im stumped and dont know what to do

is throttle closing completely? have you tried blocking it off to check?
