When driving, my battery light keeps coming on for a minute and then going off. It repeatedly does this over the course of a few hours, then stops for a few days. Do I need a new battery?

Hi check your alternator and may battery may be failing if you have used it for more than 3 years.

The alternator carbons are wearing off and soon the light should be indicating all the time when the carbons wears off completely. Get the carbons checked and replace if necessary.
