1991 Toyota 4runner M Replacing Water Pump P S Pump Loosened Bolt However

I'm replacing the water pump and the p/s pump. I have loosened the water pump bolt however the plastic timing cover won't let me free the water pump. How can I remove this cover to complete the repair?
