Would a failing alternator cause the vehicle to lose power whilst driving
While driving the rpm dropped and it could not be revved and eventually lost power and stopped working. A jump start got the engine going again.
Could you advise what might cause this to happen I have read about your alternator details and this sympton did not seem logical
