Pontiac Grand Prix Door Problem
Hi, Can not unlock either door from the outside using key.Tried two keys. Key will turn correctly, but no success at unlocking. Key successfully unlocked trunk.

Remove the inner door panel and check the linkage to the door locks to see if it is broken or damaged.

Thank you! I will give that a try in the day light. AAA just came, was able to slide a tool in the door frame to pull the inside door handle to open. Outside door handles will not engage in opening even tho they go through the motion and the doors are unlocked.
Strange that both doors are doing the exact same thing. : (
