My car starts and runs fine. The problem is that I do not have power going to anything else, power locks, windows, all lights, radio, nothing working. Brake lights still work but nothing else. Can you please tell me where I should begin to look. The car is garaged and did not get wet.

With multiple dead circuits, start by checking the large fuses under the hood. You can also measure the voltages on the smaller fuses inside the car for those circuits. It's very unlikely all of them are blown. More commonly they will all have 0 volts on both sides meaning the main fuse or circuit feeding all of them has the problem.
