its a 5spd I put it in gear let off the clutch and the car does not move parking brake is off

why do you think clutch(disc)is fine? when did this start happening? were there any symptoms before it happened?

the car was given to me I really dont know what the symptoms are There is no problem going into gear or out the clutch feels normal not loose not tight

yes, it goes into all gears no problem
