Plymouth Acclaim Choke Problem

My acclaim will start and stay on sometimes, other times it won't stay on unless I keep the engine reved and if it does stay on it randomly turns off as I slow to stop at lights or turn corners. What is wrong?

clean throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides and check for a vacuum leak with same. check fuel pressure to see if within specs.see chart for 4 cyl
