1991 Mitsubishi Galant Repair Question
My car vibrates around 3000revs what is the cause of this???
Is the drive shaft alignment the same thing as the balancer shaft belt being out of alignment??
And if the balance belt snaps does that mean that the valves would of broken into the pistons or could there be a chance that it hasnt???

No, driveshaft is for the shaft between the wheels and transmission and vibrations is speed related. That is a separate problem from engine vibrations at 3000 rpm.
Balancer belt does not drive the camshaft and would not affect timing if it breaks but it would cause damage as well if it gets into the way of the cam (timing) belt and causes the belt to skip tooth.
This is an inteference engine so if the timing belt breaks, it will bend the valves.
