Lincoln Mark VII Tool Problem

Need to know if theres a special tool to take off top bolt when removing starter. limited space

which motor??? 302???? there is no special tool. it is tight but i get it with a socket, extension and 3/8 rachet

Through the wheel well with or w/o tire in place. Extra long extension w/wobble.
