1991 Land Rover Other Will Start 2 Four Prong Fuses Console Click Key Turned

Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should be getting 12v. If you are, chances are the starter is bad. If there is no power, check the starter relay.
