Honda Civic Body Problem

My honda civic stalls out every time I slow down or stop. I have just replaced the distributor cap, the roater, the plugs, the wires, the fuel pump relay and the fuel filter. Im at a loss. I can't afford to keep buying parts to see if it fixes it.

You are doing it the wrong way, replacing components without understanding what and how they work.

For a start, you need to understand what is wrong and proceed from there. You have a fault with excessively low idling speed and the system you should be working on is the idle control system.

If the Malfunction Indicator Light is not showing, that would be a simple fix, clean the throttle body, IAC and readjust the idling speed to specificatins and you should be good to go.

What is the idling speed?
Were the valve clearances checked?
