Honda Civic Seat belt Problem
Failed inspection due to seat belt malfunction. Automatic seat belts only go forward, can use the tool to rewind them, but they will not rewind on their own. Possibly the Automatic Shoulder Seat Belt control unit?

Whats great about Honda is that they offer a lifetime warranty on their seat belts. Take the failed inspection sheet to the dealership and explain the situation and that you know that Honda offers a lifetime warranty on their seat belts and ask them to fix them for you.
