Smoking car

I have a 1991 honda accord ex station wagon and everytime I start my car in the morning it smoke real bad from the muffler and I just had a oil change done?

An oil change won't cause the car to smoke. However, if the engine is in bad shape internally, it will.

If the smoke is dark in color, it's oil. If it's lighter gray/white, then it's coolant.

You can pressure test the block or compression check the cylinders to determine if it's oil and where it's coming from. You can pressure test the cooling system to see if you have a blown head/intake gasket.
