Description A Few Months Ago I Noticed That When I Came To A Complete Stop And Then Turned Right You Could Here A Repetitive Clicking Noise Coming From The Front End, Then It Started Doing It When I Turned Left Also. Now It Does It Even On Smooth Turns (not Being At A Stop First) And In The Past Couple Of Days My Steering Wheel Wobbles Back And Forth. The Slower The Speed I Go The More It Jerks. At Faster Speeds (like On The Expressway) Its Barely Noticeable. What Is Causing These Problems, Is It Safe To Continue Driving It And Approx. What Will Be The Cost To Fix It?

The click on full lock is often a faulty CV joint, but this will normal not make a noise straight ahead, so get the steering and suspension checked ASAP, I would not drive it to far until this is inspected.
