Remove the timing balancer belt and timing belt. See: Engine\Timing Belt\Service and Repair
Drain engine coolant. See: Service and Repair
Unscrew the bolts, then remove the water pump.
Install the water pump in the reverse order of removal.
Refill and bleed cooling system. See: Service and Repair
