GMC C1500 Cruise control Problem

I purchased a remanufactured Cruise Control Module for my 1991 GMC C1500 Sierra Sportside. The combination Turn Signal, Wipers, Dimmer, and Cruise Control has been replaced with a new Switch. The Cable that comes from the Cruise Control Module to the Throttle Body Linkage is new. My question is Given that all of the above items are working properly, whatelse could be the issue that is not letting my cruise control from operating? Are there any fuses or Relays that I need to check? I am Stumped, it has worked before and simply quit working and I have bought all of the above items since then in order to get them to work. I have no Clue, can you help?
