Have a 91 EA ford Falcon S, battery was removed 6 months ago, i put in a new battery and it just wont start

does it have power??? does it crank???? we have nothing to go on here. help us with more info

The car has not been running for 6 months, its on gas but there is no gas in the tank, but when its on petrol it just keeps winding over, not even trying to kick over
