What would be the prob if my van sounds like a lawn mower?Among other problems

I have a 1991 plymouth voyager, it came from up north so the who;e under side is rusted, I have replaced 3 brakes and a few lines. When I start it up it sounds like a lawnmower and get louder when im driving like when I give it some gas, it stalls when I shift it to reverse if I dont hit the gas pedal right away, its has around 150000 miles but most likely more cause my spedometer does not work, only when it wants to, and the whole van shakes when im stopped or when I idle at a light. Please help need answers to all these issues

COULD THE NOISE BE A SPARK PLUG SO LOOSE, IT'S ABOUT TO BE SPIT OUT?

Well im not sure if its a spark plug because some one put blue gunk around my spark plug covers and how would I find out if its a head gasket

IS THE SPEEDO ANALOG OR DIGITAL IN YOUR VAN? ANY OTHER GAUGE OR DASH PROBLEMS? IS YOUR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON?

GET THE NOISE A-GOING

TAKE A PIECE OF HEATER HOSE OR GARDEN HOSE 3-4 FEET LONG

SHOVE ONE END IN YOUR AUDIO ORIFICE (EAR), THE OTHER END IS NOW SORTA LIKE A STETHOSCOPE

FIND WHERE THE RACKET IS LOUDEST!

WATCH OUY FOR THOSE PESKY MOVING ENGINE PARTS. THEY CAN PUT A HURTIN' ON YOU!

OK SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR IN MITCHELL I

I HAVE 3 DIAGRAMS FOR YOUR YEAR THIS IS MY CONCLUSIONS

EITHER YOU HAVE A SPEEDOMETER CABLE--OR YOUR ANALOG SPEEDO IS ELECTRIC (BOTH ARE SHOWN IN THE DIAGRAMS) OR THE SPEEDO CABLE GOES TO THE CRUISE CONTROL

POSSIBILITIES--

CONNECTOR ON INSTRUMENT PANEL IS LOOSE OR NEEDS TO BE "SCOOCHED AROUND" TO CONNECT BETTER

A BAD SPEEDO

BAD SPEED SENSOR (ON TRANNY)

BAD CONNECTORS OR WIRING IN BETWEEN

. OR A BROKEN SPEEDO CABLE

SEE WHAT YOU GOT---IF YOU STILL NEED HELP I'LL FIND ANOTHER EXPERT
