How do you replace the headlight switch in a 1991 chrysler imperial?

Need to know how to get to the old switch behind dash

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
MULTI-FUNCTION & DUAL-FUNCTION SWITCHES R & I
WARNING:Disconnect negative battery cable before servicing any air bag system or steering column component. After any repair, turn ignition on from passenger side of vehicle in case of accidental air bag deployment.

NOTE:After repairing system or replacing any component, perform SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK to ensure proper system operation.

Removal & Installation
Disconnect battery ground cable. On tilt column, remove tilt lever. On all columns, remove upper and lower steering column covers. Remove switch tamper-proof mount screws, and pull switch away from column. Release switch connector and remove switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.

It comes out towards you after you remove the upper and lower bezels. Start with the five screws along the top above the gauge cluster. Pull that bezel off to reveal the screws along the top of the lower bezel. There's more screws along the bottom. With the lower bezel removed, you'll see the switch mounting plate.
