Chevrolet Corsica Fuel pressure Problem
When briging the RPMs up car dies on the spot but starts back up again and idles just fine

How long since a tuneup? Any applicable trouble codes? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. You should be able to check codes, yourself. Use a jumper wire between A & B terminals at the datalink connector. Then, turn key just till the dash lites come on, no further, the mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes, is there are any. Your looking for two digit codes, each code may flash three times before moving to next code.
