I have replaced spark plugs & spark plug wires.
The car wants to initially start, but keeps turning over?

So you have a nice blue spark to all the plugs?Also what is your actual fuel pressure?Will it start and run a few seconds if you spray some carb spray into the throttle body?

Yes, a blue spark to all plugs
Fuel pressure is good now, now that I changed the fuel filter.
Now it is running rough and a egg sulfur smell coming from
the exhaust?

I want to thank you very much for your help so far,
it has help to at least get it running.

Any suggestions?
