Driver side turn signal does not work replaced.

Driver side turn signal does not work replaced all bulbs checked fuses relay still works because the left side works fine and tail lights too. When I put the hazards on the tail lights both blink and the head lights blink all but right side turn signal. In dash the left blinks but right stays solid any suggestions
