Check Engine light flickers

Yes hi, I have a 1991 Cadillac Seville I just bought and it has almost 60000 on her, my service light is flickering and ive been looking around and so far ive read that my cam position sensor is faulty can anyone tell me if I can get to this and if Any help would be appreciated, she is too nice to sell.

The service engine light flickers with the speed of the motor and very faintly, and also runs like its running on less cylinders than it has. So im guessing its my cam sensor and since it controls the injectors and firing times, im still saying its a cam sensor or a crank sensor.
