What is left cross, right cross, and what should the value be, and left cross goes from 0 to about 14, and the right cross stays at mostly 0 and goes to 11, and this is seen on DC input diagnostic while driving.

possibly oxygen sensor cross counts. The value of this, if that is what it is, will vary, and usually will act somewhat opposite as the other side. This indicates transitioning oxygen sensor values.
