1985 fleetwood the fan runs at constant speed
1991 Cadillac Brougham. The fan runs at constant speed, will not turn off with car. Must unplug fan to make it stop running. Climate control system does not make any difference what it is set at. ie Auto Hi Auto Low, Auto all the same. What could be the problem?

Either the ECC (Electronic Climate Control Unit) or the Blower Control Unit. I would start with the Blower Control Unit, It is basically the old fan speed resistor.
