Power steering pump

1991 Cadillac Allante, mechanic replaced #4 fuel injector, removed power steering pump for access. Next day while driving, power steering pump suddenly lost all fluid. Can you tell me please what might have been the cause?

A loose or broken line normally would do this, look for oil. The pump could have gone bad too.

Take it back to the shop and have them re check there work.
