Temp gauge goes all the way up

When I turn my headlights on and press the gas my temp gauge goes all the way up, my lights cut off then my car cuts off. What could cause this?

I already changed the alternator, the dash, and the computer was burnt out so I changed it and it burnt the other computer out to.

If the dash in the car is burnt out would that cause the car to act the way it is?
