How do you change a fan switch on a 1990 Toyota Tercel

Car is overheating, fan does not come on when car is started, thinking it's a fan switch, not sure how to put a new one in or where it is

Fan switch should be located in the side of the radiator

Most vehichles they usually unscrew with wrench.
