1990 Pontiac Firebird Repair Question

Injectors only spray one side at a time, car will not start. new pump and strainer installed. Runs fine on starter fluid. Help!
Installed a new pump. The cars turns over fine and will start once starter fluid is sprayed in the throttle body. Found one side of injectors spraying fine, but the other side does not. If you flip flop the harness, the other side injectors spray. Any ideas?

see if any of yur fuses are blown like inj 1 or 2
