Mazda Miata Click Problem
Upon depresion of the clutch pedal,a noticable "click" is heard.
Cluch is fine (does not slip),engagment is firm,shifts as it should (no grinding)'
Did find a hardened/broken rubber disc in the drivers floor.??
is it possible it is a damper of some sort and how can I replace it?

inspect the linkage to find the binding point. once you have found it, then you can determine the needed repair
