Honda Accord Fuel pump Problem
I left the ignition key on the car for over one month. battery was dead.
I replaced battery, fuel pump, main relay, ignitor and coil, fuses are fine. car turns over, but will not start. the fuel pump does not pump when turning the key on, but can be turned on by jumping number 5 and 7 at the main relay so the fuel pump works fine.
what do I do?
thank you.

Check the ECM.
Are you getting sparks?
Does the PGM-FI main relay and Check Engine Light turns on for 2 seconds and goes off when ignition switch is turned on?
