Honda Accord Air filter Problem

I have a Honda Accord 1990. Some times when i slow down or stop at a light or stop sign my car cuts off and the battery light and oil light blinks on. i wait 2 seconds and start it and its fine until it does it again. Do you know what could be the problem or if it's fixable. I have changed the spark plugs and wires and the air filter and the car has plenty of oil.

AN IDLE AIR CONTROL (AIC) MIGHT DO THIS TO YOU

THIS IS WHAT YOURS LOOKS LIKE..............LOOKS TO BE A LOT MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE ONE IN MY WIFE'S FORD ESCAPE

THE COOL THING IS, YOU MIGHT CAN REMOVE IT AND CLEAN IT.........USE THROTTLE BODY CLEANER

THIS WAS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE WIFE'S FORD ESCAPE......HER'S IS MADE DIFFERENT, BUT PERFORMS THE SAME JOB

I PREFER THOSE EZ TO MAINTAIN AND "BUY ONE FOR LIFE" VEHICLES.....MY TWO DAILY DRIVERS ARE 37 AND 67 YEARS YOUNGI ANSWER THE JEEP CJ QUESTIONS A LOT BETTER
